These terms of use apply to and govern your access to and use of the Nirmit Bharat Buyer Application, namely DigiHaat operated by Nirmit Bharat having its registered office at 3rd Floor, 7/6, August Kranti Marg, Siri Fort Institutional Area, Near Siri Fort Auditorium, New Delhi - 110049.
1Eligibility
Use of the Platform is only intended by, and you may use the Platform only if you are, a person eligible to enter into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor (under 18 years of age), you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2Account and Registration
To access certain features of the Platform and avail all the Services, you must create an account by providing details as may be required by Nirmit Bharat. You are responsible for ensuring that the details provided are accurate, correct, complete, and updated.

- You are responsible for all activities under your account
3Platform Services and Disclaimer
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

Transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers

4Restrictions on Use
You undertake not to upload, transmit, or store content that:
Belongs to another person without proper rights
Is defamatory, obscene, or invasive of privacy
Misuses intellectual property rights
Deceives or misleads others
Contains viruses or malicious code
Violates applicable laws or regulations
5Payment Terms
Nirmit Bharat may engage third-party vendors for payment processing. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize payments using such details.

Nirmit Bharat is not liable for payment failures due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, or circumstances beyond our control.
